People are wondering about you. They wonder:

  1. Are you for me (or not)?
  2. Can you help me prepare and make progress (or not)?
  3. Do you think you are more important than me (or not)?
  4. Do I get a say (or not)?


If you can demonstrate that:

  1. You are for them
  2. You want to help them prosper
  3. You show yourself to be humble and supportive, and that,
  4. You truly want to hear what they have to say

They will want to engage with you more often (than not). They may even think you are wonder-full!
