Have you noticed that some folks start their day the evening before?

The Jewish sabbath is from sundown Friday to sundown Saturday.

The Genesis account reads “the evening and the morning were the first (second, third…) day.”

Alfred P. Sloan, President, and later Chairman, of General Motors from 1923 to 1956 wrote his three things to do for the next day—the evening before.

How would that work for you if your day “began” the evening before?

Would you:

  • have breakfast for dinner?
  • go to bed earlier?
  • go to bed later?
  • stress more?
  • stress less?
